On November 13 Susan Alberti participated in a roundtable event hosted by the Australian Women’s Donor Network on sex, gender and medical research. “I was delighted to share my experiences with my fellow speakers and an impressive audience,” Sue said. Sue has been at the forefront of providing more opportunities for women in research such as an award she sponsors at St Vincent’s Institute of Medical Research which provides support for female researchers on maternity leave.
