On March 21 Susan Alberti presented Australia’s fastest female sprinter Melissa Breen with a Western Bulldogs jumper and membership for the 2014 season. Melissa was in Melbourne for an athletics meet – the first time the two had caught up since Sue agreed to support Melissa in the lead up to the Commonwealth Games in Scotland later this year. “I am passionate about getting behind women in sport and was just so delighted to finally meet Melissa,” Sue said. “I will be following her progress closely and hope the support I have given her will allow this impressive young woman to take the next steps in her career.”
